LEAN Level 2 – Greenbelt (Intermediate)

Overview

Develop your internal resources, ability to lead teams and facilitate groups through Kaizen events to improve your business processes. Payback on the cost of the course is typically demonstrated through the application of the tools in the workplace during the course. The participants gain confidence in facilitation and develop valuable contacts through networks. They learn how to set targets and measure results. This program builds leadership skills.

Why Lean Level 2?

Participants gain confidence in facilitation and develop valuable contacts through networks and learn how to set Lean targets and measure results. After completing this course, they will:

• Be able to lead continuous improvement activities, deliver training and facilitate rapid improvement projects within their own organization

  Have confidence and competence in leading others

Who Can Benefit?

• Designated change agents within an organization

• Anyone responsible for people and/or processes beyond their immediate job function
