Process Impact Inc. provides experienced, hands-on training and consulting support to manufacturers throughout North America, in their efforts to improve business performance and profitability. Effective from the board room to the shop floor, our expertise ranges from all the usual tools in the lean enterprise toolbox, as well as effective change management methodologies.  We have a demonstrated track record in successfully supporting a range of manufacturers from high volume repetitive to custom job shops.  We have extensive experience in various manufacturing settings from metal fabrication, welding & assembly, plastics, electronics, furniture, automotive, building & construction materials, etc.
