Overview

Having an understanding of the principles of effective problem solving is a requirement of all employees within any organization committed to operational excellence. The Facilitated Remote Learning (FRL)Problem Solving Certification workshop adopts a ‘interactive’ learning approach, provided through a mix of lecture, case examples.

  • Understand Fishbone, 5 Whys and ways to use data to understand a process
  • Understand the concept process variation

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR

Brittany Scarrow is the Lean Facilitator for Saskatchewan. She found her passion for Lean Manufacturing in the Food Industry where she worked as a Food Scientist (or product developer). She truly started to understand the value of Lean when ramping up new products on existing lines or transferring products onto a new line. For the last six years she has worked as Continuous Improvement professional and look forward to continuing her Lean journey with CME’s members.
