Roger Dack (Nordstern Group)

Roger Dack has worked in the manufacturing industry for 31 years and has been a dedicated member of the Nordstern Group for the past 20 years, with the last 15 years focused on the Environment, Health, and Safety. He also spent 7 years in the rail industry, where he developed his leadership skills and gained valuable experience in high-risk environments. 

As a committed safety leader, Roger has played a key role in fostering a strong safety culture and driving continuous improvement within the organization. He is also an accomplished Lean Green Belt, seamlessly integrating continuous improvement principles with safety initiatives every day to enhance workplace efficiency and risk reduction.
