Our Supply Chains have taken a battering of late. The challenges that we have faced have hit our supply chains like a hurricane sweeping away everything in front of it.

The one thing that we have all started to understand is just how fragile our supply chains actually are. When we stand back and take a look at what we have in place, we start to realize how the risks are many and the solutions are few. Together, let’s take a journey to build better supply chains that are able to deal with the numerous, ongoing challenges and risks that we face going forward.

First, let’s gain a better understanding of how they are doing by reviewing what areas are in need of improvement or wholesale change.

Then let’s take a look at the concepts that will help us to revamp our supply chains and put in place the foundation to lead us towards your objective of rebuilding a supply chain that embodies visibility, capability and resilience. It is the objective of this workshop to assist you with building a better supply chain.

Learning Outcomes

  • Understanding Supply Chain DNA where we will look in detail at a few examples of strong supply chains and concepts
  • Using a Supply Chain Risk Analysis we will self assess our own supply chains to determine areas of risk and strength
  • Building on the above, we will develop a better understanding of the purpose of our Supply Chains along with the Strategies and Roadmaps to get us where we want to go
