2020 Kaizen Conference

Overview

Modeled on the Toyota Kaizen Conference, the 11th annual Manitoba Kaizen Conference will give you an opportunity to present your Kaizen success and learn from others, whether you are a presenting team or an observer. Presentations will be evaluated on the same criteria used by Toyota:

  • Problem Selection
  • Problem Solving Method
  • Teamwork
  • Presentation Effectiveness

All presenting teams will be evaluated by a judging panel of Lean Master Blackbelts and all teams will be recognized for their accomplishments.

“This is a priceless opportunity to learn and gain insight into what it means to be a truly Lean organization”, Ian Marshall – Lean Champion
