OVERVIEW

The focus of this session includes all aspects of succession planning and navigating a variety of issues related to leadership development / transfer, family dynamics, and the legal and accounting best practices to ensure the business and family are well looked after. The Family Enterprise Xchange will also share their recent research with the Conference Board of Canada, Family Enterprise Matters. Workshop content will feature practical examples including a family business having worked through this process.
