Vaccinations in the Workplace: Labour, Employment, and Privacy Law

OVERVIEW

While COVID-19 case counts continue to rise, all Manitobans age 12 and older are expected to be eligible for vaccines by May 21. While many manufacturing employees have remained working on site, others will be returning for the first time in the coming months. Employers will need to navigate a host of issues on the horizon, including questions on vaccination policies, testing requirements, workplace accommodations and more.

This presentation will help provide legal considerations and guidance to help manufacturers navigate a complex and changing environment. Join us to learn more.
