LEAN Level 1 (Beginner)

Overview

The 7-day LEAN Level 1 certificate program provides more in-depth learning and application of the LEAN concepts, ideal for further developing your internal LEAN champions. Classes take place inside workplace settings with industry tours to show the practical application of LEAN in the day to day operations. The final two days are spent working through a business case where participants will apply all the LEAN tools they have learned to improve company processes.
