LEAN Level 3 – Blackbelt (Advanced)



Lean Black Belt Certification is the next step in the development of Lean champions. Held over 16-weeks, this 19-day course is delivered over four modules. The third module includes a benchmarking trip to Japan to visit Toyota and their suppliers, to further enhance knowledge of Lean culture, leadership and strategy.

Module 2 | Benchmarking Trip to Japan | October 15 – 18, 2019 (Japan Tour)

Module 3 | Lean Supply Chain | October 28 – November 1, 2019

Module 4 | Problem Solving | December 2 – 6, 2019

Why Lean Level 3?

After completing this course, participants will:
