Seamus Blackmore is a technology leader and innovator with deep expertise in large-scale digital transformation.

Currently Chief Technology Officer and Vice President at Trudell Medical Limited, he has led mission-critical technology systems across regional, provincial, and national levels. He leads the implementation of AI technologies at scale across the organization to drive innovation, operational excellence, and patient-centered solutions. He also is currently a member of EllisDon’s AI advisory board.

Previously, as Product Lead Partner with KPMG’s GTA Lighthouse, Seamus guided teams applying emerging technologies and AI to solve real-world challenges. A member of KPMG’s Digital Executive Team and AI Steering Committee, and former Microsoft AI Partners board member, he combines technical excellence with community leadership. Seamus has always held a passion for high technologies and holds a Bachelor of Computer Engineering.
