Chad Lanaus
Plant Manager, McCormick Canada
Chad Lanaus is the Plant Manager for Canada at McCormick & Company, where he leads operations across four Ontario manufacturing facilities and oversees safety, quality, production, and continuous improvement. Known for his collaborative leadership style, Chad works closely with cross-functional teams to drive operational excellence and support the long-term success of McCormick’s Canadian business.
A member of the Canadian Leadership Team and the Americas Supply Chain Consumer network, Chad helps connect Canadian operations with teams across the United States and Latin America while contributing to the broader strategy and growth of the business.
Since joining McCormick in 2006 in Quality Assurance, Chad has built a career spanning quality, operations, and leadership.
He holds a Bachelor of Science from University of Waterloo and an Executive MBA from Athabasca University.
