Conducting Effective Incident/Accident Investigations & Reporting

OVERVIEW

This course is designed for anyone within an organization responsible for carrying incident or accident investigations. Participants will gain an understanding of the steps required to respond to and carry out effective investigations that will meet legal requirements and identify causes that will lead to corrective actions that will prevent a recurrence. The course will cover evidence gathering and causal analysis techniques required to identify true causes of incident/accidents.
