Overview
The Fluent Manufacturing Consortium is a group of manufacturing firms in eastern Newfoundland & Labrador united in their efforts to make continuous improvement through Lean manufacturing.
Facilitated by the CME-NL, these manufacturers meet at a peer-to-peer level to learn best practices and leverage learning.
