Facilitator

Sean Raible, Founder & Principal Consultant, Game Plan Total Rewards Consulting Inc.

Sean has worked and consulted in most industries (Retail, High Tech, Construction, Financial Services, Aviation, CPG, Heavy Equipment, Architecture, etc.) throughout his 23 years in the field, and has supported international operations in over 30 countries. Throughout his career, he has supported compensation programs (base pay to short and long term incentive design) for all levels.

Sean is an advocate for reducing stigma around mental health by providing global workplace training and consulting – anchored in both lived experience, as well as leading the re-design of Benefits/Well-Being/Mental Health programs in-house at various organizations.
In addition, he has built and led global HRIS & HR Shared Services Functions and has extensive experience with the top HR & Payroll Technology solutions: Workday, Success Factors, SAP HCM, PeopleSoft, Ultimate, JDE, Kronos, ADP.
