Jennifer Kelly is an experienced facilitator and curriculum developer with over eight years at Gardiner Centre. She designs and delivers training on communication, cultural safety, wellness, psychological safety, generational differences, and Equity, Diversity, and Inclusion (EDI). Jennifer holds a Master of Arts in Applied Communication and specialized credentials in adult education and instructional design.

Successfully managing an age-diverse team can be challenging, but it also offers leaders powerful opportunities to leverage the strengths of multiple generations. In this interactive workshop, HR Network members will explore generational traits, communication preferences, and strategies for building stronger, more effective connections across today’s multigenerational workforce.

To equip participants with practical tools for understanding generational differences and adapting communication styles to improve collaboration, engagement, and workplace culture.
