LEAN FOR LEADERS

OVERVIEW

Lean is a proven strategy for maximizing the potential of staff to deliver more value to the customer and to do this in less time, with less effort. The core concepts of Lean are to create better flow of information, product or service and to spend more time adding value and less time on wasteful activity. Lean has been successfully applied in all sectors and all sizes of business, to deliver significant improvements in productivity, quality, safety and morale.

Please note that employers enrolling employees in the program may be eligible for reimbursement under Canada-Provincial Job Grants. Contact your local CME representative for more information.

WHAT OTHERS ARE SAYING

“This was amazing learning! We were able to use our own real life company issues in a very well planned out and strategic path to learning the key elements of Lean and more importantly the HOW of Lean. We will definitely be moving forward to adopt more protocols and will continue to grow our current and future leaders through Lean courses and CME offerings.”
