In light of the Covid-19 pandemic, CME has adjusted our cancellation policies to allow members the greatest flexibility to put health and safety first while benefiting from the world-class events CME provides. Cancellations must be received in writing no later than August 9, 2202. After that time, the full registration fee will apply and only replacement participants will be accepted. Please note, in the event of Public Health Order restrictions that may occur beyond our control, options will be provided to registrants.
