EMPOWERING LEADERS TO SUPPORT MENTAL WELLNESS EVERY DAY

Supporting mental wellness at work doesn’t always require major programs or policy shifts. Often, meaningful change begins with how we communicate, listen, and respond to the people around us. In this session, we welcome John Dinn, Mental Health Educator with the Canadian Mental Health Association NL, who will lead a focused and practical conversation on strengthening communication and building psychologically healthy work environments. John brings extensive experience in mental health training, community education, and workplace psychological safety—helping organizations develop real-world skills that support employee wellbeing.
