How can manufacturers and educators collaborate to shape the workforce of the future?

CME launched a Regional Industry Council in Southwestern Ontario to improve the alignment of workforce development with the needs of local manufacturing employers. This council brings together manufacturers, representatives from local schools, workforce development advocates, and government observers to create a cohesive strategy.

We are now in the process of expanding the councils to other regions of Ontario and are looking for participants. Join the upcoming info sessions to learn how you can get involved. Sessions are tailored to specific regions, with a general session available for anyone interested.
