Facilitator

Laurel Tolchinsky

Founder, Honest Fitness

Laurel Tolchinsky is a Registered Personal Trainer and founder of Honest Fitness. In her late 30s, after the birth of her two children, she shifted from hours of cardio to lifting heavy weights and focusing on proper nutrition — and the transformation in her energy, confidence, and overall wellness was profound.

After a 20-year career in marketing, Laurel decided to turn her passion for fitness into her profession. Today, she helps busy women cut through the noise of the fitness world and build simple, sustainable habits that fit into real life. Her philosophy is simple: fitness doesn’t have to be complicated — it’s about consistency, safety, and finding what works for you
