Strength & Mobility Made Simple for Women in Manufacturing
OVERVIEW
Join us for an energizing afternoon designed specifically for women working in manufacturing environments. This unique session blends movement-based training with peer networking, creating space to reset physically and mentally, while strengthening professional connections.
Event Overview
Whether you’re on the shop floor, in the office, or balancing a hundred things in between, movement matters. This interactive session will show you how simple strength and mobility practices can prevent injuries, improve energy, and help you feel your best every day. You’ll walk away with clear, practical strategies you can start using immediately — no gym required. Afterward, we’ll move together in an inclusive bodyweight session designed for all abilities. Think of it as a reset: strength, mobility, and movement you can actually use in real life
