CME’s HR module series dives deep into 7 important functions of HR, including wellness, benefits, recruitment,  employee retention, compensation and training needs analysis. Each topic goes into great detail about the importance of these functions within HR so that best practices are learned and delivered in the work environment.  HR leaders can go through each module to sharpen their knowledge and take with them invaluable information or choose a module best suited for them.

Retention is top of mind in most businesses and for most human resources professionals right now. In this workshop, attendees will learn how to identify their retention risks, build a retention strategy and have proactive conversations with at risk talent.
