TRAINING WITHIN INDUSTRY JOB INSTRUCTION

OVERVIEW
Give two employees the same task and chances are they’ll each perform it slightly different. For companies that focus on consistent process outcomes, these differences can be costly.
This need to standardize work in the most efficient way is the motivation behind the TWI Job Instruction (JI) module, which leverages the role of individuals in the organization who direct or influence work to improve safety, increase productivity, reduce quality errors, reduce training time, improve morale and create standard work.
Let us come to you! This course is offered as an in-house training service. It can be delivered at your facility for a training experience exclusive to your organization.
OPEN ENROLMENT program
In two days, the TWI Job Instruction Open Enrolment program gives individuals the full experience of Job Instruction. Personally experiencing our program will help decision makers reach an informed decision on a full in-house program.
