TRAINING WITHIN INDUSTRY JOB RELATIONS
OVERVIEW
Job Relations (JR) is the Training Within Industry module that teaches organizational leaders to build a solid, positive and enduring relationship between themselves and each employee. This training can be taken in-person or online remote facilitated.
This relationship is based on trust, communication, mutual respect, care and concern, which builds and maintains a positive culture in the organization. This culture then becomes the foundation for Lean, engaging employees in a culture that embraces continuous improvement and teamwork.
Job Relations – Plan for Every person is available. The Plan For Every Person program uses the Training Within Industry Job Relations skills and supplements them with a system to identify gaps in both current work performance as well as gaps in development of people for future roles. Once the gaps are identified, the system teaches the leader how to use a scientific thinking method to take actions to close the gaps and accelerate the development of their workforce.
Let us come to you! This course is offered as an in-house training service. It can be delivered at your facility for a training experience exclusive to your organization.
OPEN ENROLMENT program
In two days, the open enrolment Job Relations program gives decision makers the full experience of Job Relations. Personally experiencing Job Relations will help the organization make an informed decision on a full in-house program.
