Overview

This workshop will provide participants with an overview of the key elements, application, implementation methods and benefits of workplace organization (5S) within any type of organization.  Participants will learn tips and tricks on how 5S (Workplace Organization) can improve any process ensuring that all COVID protocols are met(Physical Distancing, Sanitization) to ensure everyone’s health and safety.
 

Learning Outcomes

  • Understand the 5S tool and how to apply to create better workplace organization and discipline
  • Apply tips and tricks on how to apply 5S to COVID protocols such as Physical Distancing
  • Experience identifying workplace organization opportunities through group exercise
