Industrial Energy Savings for Today and the Future

Overview
Globally the industrial sector is responsible for around one-quarter of total energy consumption, therefore, improving energy efficiency should be made a high priority. In this workshop, facilitated by Melanie Chatfield, we will investigate how to develop energy retrofit priorities, confirm efficiency goals, and discuss possible evaluation criteria. We will work together to form energy management and efficiency improvements which can make an immediate impact as well as ensuring bottom line savings.

ABOUT THE FACILITATOR
Melanie has an Energy Engineering (Hons) degree from South Bank University, London, UK. She has 18 years’ experience, providing specialized services such as building energy audits, renewable energy system feasibility analysis, building energy simulation, building envelope thermal performance analysis, sustainable building design assistance, and LEED project facilitation.inable design helps her provide her clients with guidance to improve their bottom line.
