The Manufacturing Leadership Development 101 – Fundamentals program is designed to help participants smoothly transition into leadership roles within the manufacturing industry. The program covers various aspects of leadership, including the dynamics of transitioning into leadership positions and exploring different leadership styles. Emphasizing the importance of a growth mindset, it aims to enhance critical thinking skills through engaging activities and reflective opportunities. Participants will gain valuable insights and strategies to support their leadership journey. By the end of the program, they will be equipped with principles to help achieve team and organizational goals. Knowledge gains will be assessed through observational, oral, and written/self-assessments, complemented by simulation activities.
