Thanks to this transformative initiative, Palma Pasta has elevated its standards, ensuring adherence to the rigorous food safety and audit protocols mandated by national grocers. Their state-of-the-art technology enhances productivity, boosting their output by an impressive fifty percent depending on the product.

What lies ahead is equally exciting. With their enhanced capabilities, Palma Pasta can now set their sights on expanding beyond local markets, catering to national clients and exporting south of the border.
