ABOUT OUR CHIEF ECONOMIST
Alan Arcand is Chief Economist at Canadian Manufacturers & Exporters.
As part of the National Policy team, he leads CME’s major national research initiatives, which include producing economic forecasts, developing policy reports, and designing and managing surveys. He also supports the association’s government relations and public engagement efforts, regularly presenting to manufacturers, policymakers, and other key audiences.
