About Us

Merit Kitchens Cabinetry was founded in 1971 by fine craftspeople in Vancouver, British Columbia, Canada. They provided Western Canada with high-quality kitchen cabinets. The company has long since grown into a world-class supplier of beautiful cabinetry, representing superior quality and extraordinary value. Today, Merit’s cabinetry can be found in homes throughout Canada, the United States, and parts of Asia.

The Siekmann family took on the operations of Merit Kitchens Cabinetry in 2000. While maintaining the company’s tradition of fine cabinetry and superior standards, they also embraced modern styles and manufacturing innovations. Frank Siekmann, a third generation cabinetry specialist, follows in the footsteps of his father and grandfather, both of whom were pioneers in the cabinet industry.

Today, at Merit Kitchens, we are committed to producing the highest quality cabinets at exceptional value. We continually research the latest kitchen and bathroom trends,  while blending those with sturdy, traditional cabinetry construction and modern storage innovations.
