Jeffery Lang, President and CEO, Workplace Safety Insurance Board (WSIB)
Jeff joined the WSIB Board of Directors in October 2019 and has deep roots in manufacturing. He was recently President and CEO of two Ontario-based manufacturing businesses with customers around the world.
An accomplished leader and Disability Management Professional, Liz is recognized for her award winning cost reduction results, “best practice” program designs, and ability to solve a complex variety of internal and external risk, workers’ compensation, and disability concerns.
She enthusiastically runs a vibrant growing disability management company that has an established reputation for effectively introducing change and cost effective programs, by demonstrating to employees and management the benefits of improved performance.
Melanie Buckle, CDMP Disability Manager, Magna International
Melanie is a Paralegal with her CDMP Designation, and has specialized in Disability Management for over 20 years. She provides support and training on complex injury, disability and absence claims and helped implement Mental Health First Aid training for Magna divisions in Canada and the USA.
Before joining the OEA, Robin was Legal Counsel at the Workplace Safety and Insurance Board (WSIB). Robin has a law degree from Osgoode Hall Law School and was previously a member of the Executive of the Ontario Bar Association Workers’ Compensation Section.
With over 20 years of experience, Dunstan has advised and advocated for employers on all matters related to workplace safety and insurance.
