Overview

This session includes a complimentary light breakfast, plant tour, simulation, and peer to peer learning.

LEAN is a proven strategy for engaging employees to deliver more value to customers quickly and with less effort. Like-minded companies will participate in a shared learning Consortium, allowing them to build their network and resources to support them in their Operational Excellence Journey. Consortium Members share and learn from each other’s lean journey with an experienced CME LEAN Facilitator. Not only will Consortium members learn from each other, but they will also be given access to:

• Expert guidance from CME LEAN Facilitator
• Access to training
• Annual LEAN Assessments by CME LEAN Facilitator
• Monthly consortium networking and learning events
• Special Interest Groups (SIGs) on focused topics
• Consortium Peer Accountability
