OVERVIEW

CME’s Manufacturing in Schools Toolkit was created as a pilot program in Ontario to support educators who would like to introduce manufacturing to their students. The toolkit provides a set of course materials and resources that can assist both educators and students in exploring the world of manufacturing and the multifaceted career opportunities the sector offers.

The toolkit is made for educators, by educators and manufacturers. It is open source and provides a suite of course materials, in-class learning activities, videos and other resources.

We encourage all educators across Canada to make use of these resources, share the inspiring ‘HerStories’ of women working in manufacturing and their advice to the next generation, and provide their feedback with CME to improve our resource offerings.
