Overview
The Human Resources Committee is a group of HR professionals who connect, challenge, educate, and brainstorm with colleagues. The committee provides connectivity with like-minded professionals who are working in the sector. The committee provides opportunities to tap into the knowledge and experience of other HR professionals across the manufacturing industry to find solutions to everyday business challenges.
How it Works
The HR committee is free to join and meets every six weeks. It is a forum for the confidential exchange of information on a wide range of current human resource management issues in union and non-union environments. Meetings are highly interactive, and participants share their experiences on various topics to help the group resolve their challenges. Participation is exclusive to CME members in good standing.
