The Manufacturers’ Operations Council is a community of operations leaders committed to long term profitable growth. We use collaboration, accountability and sharing of Lean culture and tools to accelerate our continuous improvement journeys, where we are each responsible to improve quality, service, cost and employee engagement within our respective companies.
