Becoming an active member in the Saskatchewan Lean Consortia will help your business accelerate productivity improvements by taking advantage of the knowledge and expertise that exist with other members.

Aimed at companies committed to lean thinking that are willing to share successes, as well as challenges, consortiums are formal groups that cooperate with each other to achieve and sustain continuous improvements in business performance.
